A Community of Care and Discipleship in Oxford, Mississippi
Operation Life Vision exists to reflect Christ's love by walking with Oxford's youth in consistent, life-on-life discipleship. Together, we're building a family-like community where practical care meets spiritual growth — and where futures are shaped by hope.

A Holistic Ministry, Designed From the Ground Up
Alex Coleman founded Operation Life Vision with firsthand understanding of how the gospel can transform a young person's life with hope and opportunity.
OLV's programs bring together youth and mentors inside a safe, supportive environment marked by mutual care, respect, and personal investment in the good of the group. Within this core community, layers of spiritual discipleship and practical support are strengthened by churches, donors and volunteers who share a desire to help. Together, this model of ministry brings relational, material and spiritual care into every part of a young person's life.

“As believers, we’re called and eager to help young people in need — but that doesn’t mean we always know the best way to go about it. Operation Life Vision gives us a way to serve that supports, rather than directs. This ministry was built from within the community it serves, and God is clearly at work here. We get to come alongside and be part of what He’s already doing to transform young lives through the Gospel here in Oxford.”
— Lee Paris, OLV Board President
